You got the right to return this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

Revocation deadline amounts 14 days from the date you or a third party which was designated from you, who is not a carrier, take possession of the products.
To execute your legal right of revocation you have to inform us about your decision to revoke this contract by a clear statement (via e-mail at info@aim-assist.de)
You are able to use the attached sample form, but this is not prescribed.
To observe the revocation period it is sufficient to send off the revocation or dispatch the product in time.
Concequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments within 14 days, exclusive of delivery costs (except for additional costs, which will arise because you choose another delivery as this one we use).
For this payment we use the same means of payment you used while the original transaction, unless we agree something else. In no case we will bill you for pay. We can refuse payment until we get our products back or until you provide evidence of return the products.
You have to return the products immediately, no later than 14 days after you informed us about revoking this contract. You pay all costs for returning the products and you have to pay for possible value losses, if this is reduced to not handled properly.
